For some odd reason, I’ve been using Rachael Ray recipes again. Made this mushroom goulash w/pierogi meal last night. I cut up the veggies the night before and I’m glad I did because the cook time was a bit longer than I would have liked. James was great though. I gave him a toy to play with and he patiently waited until I was just about done. He seemed to sense when I was wrapping things up because around the last step was when he decided he wanted to get up.
If you use this, I suggest cutting back on the dill a bit. Check out the recipe.
